Available in 1-, 2-, and 3-stage configurations, the PLG 63 EP offers a wide range of reduction ratios from 3:1 to 507.5:1, supporting continuous torque up to 58 Nm and acceleration torque up to 88 Nm. The use of helical gearing in the first stage minimises vibration and noise, while the double ball-bearing output shaft delivers excellent radial (up to 800 N) and axial (up to 500 N) load capacity.
Built for long service life and reliable performance, the gearbox includes lifetime lubrication and supports both S1 (continuous) and S8 (cyclical) duty cycles.
