General Manager
An Auckland local, Alistair spent 8 years working for CRAFTEC POWER LIMITED in London, UK. Having climbed the ranks to Senior Sales Engineer, Alistair made the trek back home to join the Powerbox Pacific family as General Manager. Alistair's keen management skills combined with his in-depth knowledge of the power supply industry positions him as an integral leader for the Powerbox team. Additional technical skills and experience including electrical engineering, product development, power supplies, account management, manufacturing, and sales.
Chantel van der Westhuizen
Sales Operations Coordinator
Chantel brings over 12 years of experience across sales administration, trade support, and customer service roles in New Zealand and South Africa to her position as Sales Operations Coordinator at Powerbox Pacific. She manages quotes, orders, logistics, invoicing, and account follow-ups with a friendly, solutions-focused approach — often the first to spot potential bottlenecks and the first to resolve them, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time and every touchpoint of the sales process reflects the reliability Powerbox is known for.
