Our Capabilities

With complete design and production facilities, we have the capability to meet a wide range of needs. From small-scale projects to large-scale quantities exceeding 50,000 units per year, our flexible production capacity ensures timely delivery.

Our design facilities feature state-of-the-art labs, including a power conversion and inverter development laboratory with in-house EMC testing, adhering to strict design controls for verification and validation. In addition to our distributed products, we have over 300 superior products designed specifically for New Zealand operating conditions and compliance requirements.

Our focus is on providing conservative engineering approaches to match our customers’ technical, time and budgetary objectives. We thrive on designing and building high quality solutions for challenging projects, across Security & Industrial Automation, Telecommunications, Railway & Transport, Utilities, Defence, Mining Oil & Gas, to name a few.

Custom Design Solutions

If a suitable product isn't found in our standard range, we'll modify an existing power supply or dc-motor, or create a semi-custom or full-custom design based on your unique requirements. Design elements for power solutions may include customised mechanical packaging, mounting, connection, transient protection, parallel redundant configuration, or battery charge configuration.

At Powerbox Pacific, we understand that off-the-shelf products don't always fit the specific requirements of a job or application. Sometimes, the only suitable approach is a custom-designed solution that incorporates the necessary electrical and mechanical features.

At Powerbox, we offer aftermarket service on all products supplied across our business units.

Our Service Centre is manned by factory trained technicians who specialise in DC power equipment.

If you find yourself stuck on site with a technical query, or you are managing the routine maintenance of a critical network, the Powerbox Service Centre is available to speak with to provide technical support or repair and maintenance service.
