The Deutronic DVC500 Series DC/DC Converter is a high-performance solution designed for automotive and industrial applications, delivering up to 500W of continuous power. Engineered to support demanding environments, it provides efficient and stable power conversion tailored for modern vehicle systems.

Key features include a wide input voltage range (25–154V DC, depending on the model) for compatibility with various power systems and multiple output options (12.5–24.3V DC) with output currents up to 40A. The DVC500 Series features a fully potted design that enhances durability and vibration resistance, along with galvanic isolation for reliable protection against voltage spikes and interference. Additional protections include over-temperature shutdown, reverse polarity protection, and optional EMC compliance for automotive applications, ensuring secure operation in harsh conditions. With an IP67 rating, this converter resists dust and water, making it ideal for rugged environments.

With its robust aluminum housing and compact design (222x166x71mm, approximately 2.7kg), the DVC500 Series is easy to integrate into both vehicle and industrial systems. Its high efficiency of up to 92% minimises energy loss, while a broad operating temperature range (-40°C to +75°C) guarantees reliable performance under extreme conditions.
