The Camtec CPS-EC480 Series is a high-precision, DIN rail-mounted DC power supply and battery charger engineered for high-performance and long-life operation in demanding industrial environments. With a continuous output power of up to 480W and efficiency levels reaching 92%, it is a reliable solution for applications such as DC motor drives, battery-backed control systems, industrial automation, and DC-UPS infrastructure.

A key advantage of the CPS-EC480 Series is its ability to automatically switch between constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) modes, enabling the unit to safely manage both steady-state loads and high inrush current devices without performance degradation. This makes it ideal for driving dynamic loads or charging large battery banks under varying conditions.

The CPS-EC480 supports precision adjustment of both output voltage and current via high-resolution potentiometers, and provides real-time output current monitoring for integration into supervisory or diagnostic systems. With output voltage options from 24Vdc to 300Vdc, robust overload and thermal protection features, and optional conformal coating for harsh environments, this German-engineered power supply is built for stability, safety, and flexibility.
