The motor uses a One-Connector-Solution for simplified connectivity. Available in BG 75x25, BG 75x50, and BG 75x75 stack lengths with supply voltage options from 12 Vdc to 325 Vdc, the series delivers continuous output power up to 546 W and peak output power up to 1,150 W.
Nominal torque spans 0.62 Nm to 1.50 Nm, nominal speed from 3,315 rpm to 3,780 rpm, and motor weights from 1.6 kg to 2.8 kg. Rotor inertia ranges from 233 gcm² to 652 gcm² depending on stack length. Premium efficiency and protection class up to IP65 (for supply voltages above 36 V) are standard. An integrated 24 cpr feedback is included, with an optional 4096 cpr feedback. Redundant encoders for safe system design are optionally available. Note: 12 V versions use a different connection arrangement.
Compatible controllers include BGE 8060 dPro, BGE 5510 dPro, BGE 6060 A, and BN 6773. The modular system supports planetary gearboxes (PLG 60, PLG 63 EP/HT, PLG 75 EP/HT, PLG 80 LB, PLG 95 HT), angular gearboxes (SG 120, STG 65, KG 120, KG 150), and hub gearboxes (NG 500, NG 250).
