The motor features a One-Connector-Solution for simplified connectivity. Available in BG 66x25, BG 66x50, and BG 66x75 stack lengths with supply voltage options from 12 Vdc to 110 Vdc, the series delivers continuous output power up to 359 W and peak output power up to 838 W.
Nominal torque spans 0.347 Nm to 0.985 Nm, nominal speed from 3,160 rpm to 3,850 rpm, and motor weights from 0.99 kg to 1.93 kg. Rotor inertia ranges from 70 gcm² to 188 gcm² depending on stack length. Protection class reaches IP65 (for supply voltages above 36 V). Redundant encoders for safe system design are optionally available.
The BG 66 dCore is part of the Dunkermotoren modular system and can be combined with controllers (BGE 5510 dPro, BGE 6060 A, BN 6773), planetary gearboxes (PLG 52 EB/HT, PLG 60, PLG 60 LB, PLG 63 EP, PLG 75 HT, PLG 80 LB), angular gearboxes (SG 80, SG 120, STG 65, KG 120), and brakes and encoders (E 90 R, E 100 R, E 310 R, RE 30 TI, AE 38). EPLAN Data Portal support is included.
