Supply voltage versions span 12 Vdc to 325 Vdc, making the BG 65 dCore suitable for a wide range of industrial automation, robotics, and drive system applications.
The BG 65 dCore family is available in BG 65x25, BG 65x50, and BG 65x75 variants. Nominal torque ranges from 0.214 Nm to 0.506 Nm, nominal speed from 2,920 rpm to 4,170 rpm, and motor weights from 0.87 kg to 1.80 kg. Rotor inertia values span 71.6 gcm² to 172 gcm² depending on the stack length selected. Protection class reaches IP65 and the motor includes integrated 30 cpr feedback.
As part of the Dunkermotoren modular system, the BG 65 dCore can be combined with a range of controllers (BGE 5510 dPro, BGE 6005 A, BN 6773), encoders (RE 30, RE 56, AE 38), brakes (E 90 R, E 100 R), planetary gearboxes (PLG 52 EB/HT, PLG 60, PLG 60 LB, PLG 63 EP, PLG 63 HT, PLG 75 EP), and angular gearboxes (SG 80, SG 120, STG 65, KG 80).
