The integrated magnetic encoder MR 1 with 4096 cpr enables high positioning accuracy and an extended usable speed range. Available in BG 75x25, BG 75x50, and BG 75x75 stack lengths with 12 Vdc, 24 Vdc, and 48 Vdc supply options, the series delivers continuous output power up to 807 W (thermally connected) and peak output power up to 1,317 W.
Control is via CANopen (CO) or stand-alone IO mode through digital and analogue inputs, with full CiA 402 compatibility. Features include 5 configurable digital inputs, 1 analogue input, 3 digital outputs, brake output, S-ramp, interpolation, SSI version available, Safe Torque Off (STO) version available, freely programmable logic, oscilloscope software, Smart Diagnostics, and a ballast circuit. Protection class reaches IP65 for supply voltages above 36 V.
The modular system supports planetary gearboxes (PLG 60 LN, PLG 63, PLG 75, PLG 80 LB), angular gearboxes (SG 120, STG 65, KG 120), hub gearboxes (NG 250, NG 500), and brakes and encoders (E 90 R, E 310 R, RE 30, AE 38).
