The integrated magnetic encoder MR 1 with 4096 cpr enables high positioning accuracy, an extended usable speed range, and excellent control characteristics. Available in BG 66x25, BG 66x50, and BG 66x75 stack lengths with 12 Vdc, 24 Vdc, and 48 Vdc supply options, the series delivers continuous output power up to 482 W (thermally connected) and peak output power up to 732 W.
Control is via CANopen (CO) or stand-alone IO mode through digital and analogue inputs. Fully CiA 402 compatible, with 5 configurable digital inputs, 1 analogue input, and 3 digital outputs. Features include S-ramp, interpolation, SSI version available, Safe Torque Off (STO) version available, freely programmable logic, operating hours counter, ballast circuit, Smart Diagnostics, and EPLAN Data Portal support. Protection class reaches IP65 for supply voltages above 36 V.
Compatible with planetary gearboxes (PLG 52 EB/HT, PLG 60, PLG 60 LB, PLG 60 LN, PLG 63 EP/HT, PLG 75 EP/HT, PLG 80 LB), angular gearboxes (SG 80, SG 120, STG 65), hub gearboxes (NG 250), and brakes and encoders (E 90 R, E 100 R, E 105 A, E 310 R, RE 30 TI, AE 38).
