Read MoreThe Deutronic DVCH1503-700 Series is a robust, high-performance galvanically isolated DC/DC converter designed for applications operating from high-voltage DC battery systems, including rail vehicles, industrial machinery, and energy infrastructure.
Rated at 1500 W continuous output power, the DVCH1503-700 operates from a wide 400–900 Vdc input range (700 Vdc nominal), converting high-voltage DC into stable low-voltage auxiliary power for control electronics, communication systems, and onboard equipment. Output variants are available in 12 Vdc and 24 Vdc, supporting high output currents while maintaining excellent voltage regulation and fast dynamic response.
The unit features a rugged aluminium, conduction-cooled enclosure, designed for baseplate or chassis mounting. Heat is dissipated through the mounting surface, enabling fanless operation and long-term reliability in harsh environments. Advanced functionality including CAN communication, interlock monitoring, and support for parallel operation allows the DVCH1503-700 to integrate seamlessly into modern distributed power architectures.

||
|
Class A |
Unrestricted operation range |
The DC/DC converter operates as designed in compliance with the tolerances specified in the data sheet. |
|
Class B |
Lower and upper |
One or more functions may go beyond the specified tolerance. After returning to the unrestricted operation range, the DC/DC converter operates again as designed |
|
Class C |
Undervoltage and overvoltage range |
One or more functions do not work as intended. After returning to the unrestricted operation range, the DC/DC converter operates again as designed. |
