Read MoreThe Deutronic DVCH1503-400 Series is a high-performance, galvanically isolated DC/DC converter designed for demanding mobile power applications operating from high-voltage DC battery systems. Optimised for reliability in harsh environments, the series converts a 400 Vdc nominal input into stable low-voltage DC power for auxiliary loads, control electronics, and onboard systems.
Supporting a wide input voltage range from 200 to 470 Vdc, the DVCH1503-400 delivers up to 1500 W of continuous output power, with models available in 12 Vdc and 24 Vdc variants. High efficiency (up to 94%) and fast dynamic response ensure dependable performance under fluctuating loads typical of industrial trucks, heavy plant machinery and marine vessels.
The rugged aluminium, conduction-cooled enclosure is designed for baseplate or chassis mounting, allowing heat to be dissipated through the mounting surface without the need for internal fans. With CAN communication, configurable control functions, and support for parallel operation, the DVCH1503-400 integrates easily into modern distributed power architectures.
