The Dunkermotoren BG 65 dMove CO/IO is a 3-phase EC motor with an integrated 4Q controller, designed for demanding motion applications requiring flexible control. Available in BG 65x25, BG 65x50, and BG 65x75 stack lengths with 12 Vdc, 24 Vdc, and 48 Vdc supply options, the series delivers continuous output power up to 268 W (thermally connected) and peak output power up to 391 W.

Control is via digital and analogue inputs (IO mode) or CANopen (fully CiA 402 compatible). Inputs and outputs are individually assignable, and the motor supports stand-alone operation, speed control, current control, and low-resolution position control. Two CANopen connectors are provided. Integrated 30 cpr feedback, brake output, oscilloscope software, and Smart Diagnostics are included.

Protection class reaches IP65 (for supply voltages above 36 V). The modular system supports planetary gearboxes (PLG 52 EB/HT, PLG 60, PLG 60 LB, PLG 63 EP, PLG 63 HT, PLG 75), angular gearboxes (SG 80, SG 120, STG 65, KG 80), and brakes and encoders (E 90 R, E 105 A, RE 30 TI, AE 38).
