The Delta MEA-065AXXB series is a Class II medical AC-DC desktop adapter family designed for medical and information technology equipment. It accepts a universal 90–264Vac input range and provides single-output 12Vdc, 15Vdc, 19Vdc or 24Vdc variants with output power from 60W to 65W.

The Delta MEA-065AXXB features include Class II double isolation, 2 × MOPP isolation, low touch current, DOE Level VI and CoC Tier 2 efficiency compliance, an IEC 60320 C8 input socket, 5.5 x 2.5 x 10 mm tuning fork output connector, green LED indication, and IP22 protection. The compact external adapter is designed without a protective earth connection and uses fanless operation.
